Magnesium oil is transdermal therapy that can be used to supplement one's magnesium intake without having to go through the digestive tract.  Its relaxing effect can be used on tight overworked muscles, or it can be used as a deordorant when sprayed in the underarm area.   The underarm area has thinner skin, so you get great absorption.  Just be sure to avoid spraying on freshly shaven armpits!
 
Magnesium oil isn't truly an oil like olive oil, but its texture is more oil-like than water-like.
